利用原生质体单核化技术，以香菇栽培种Ｌｅ１和野生种７０＃为亲本，通过原生质单核体杂交选育出申香８号。它具有优质、高产、抗逆性强和栽培适应性广等特点，已开始在我国香菇主产区应用，成为香菇主栽种之一。
Using protoplast mononuclearization technique, Lentinus edodes 8 was bred by the protoplast mononuclear hybrids with the Leish mushroom cultivar Le1 and the wild type 70 # as their parents. It has the characteristics of high quality, high yield, strong resistance and wide adaptability to cultivation. It has begun to be applied in the main producing areas of mushrooms in our country and has become one of the main mushrooms.
