论文以挣值理论为工具,依托X建设集团股份有限公司承建的某大型房建施工项目的工程背景,分析其在项目成本控制的思路与步骤,为大型房屋建筑施工企业的项目成本控制提供了一种新的思路。结果表明:房建施工对成本进行成本控制,运用挣值法能够对项目可能发生的费用超支量和工期滞后量进行有效的预测,以便改正措施能够及时的采用,为有效的控制和管理项目提供了方法和手段。
