目的评价某重型机械有限公司全地面起重机项目职业病危害控制的效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查方法,对职业病危害因素种类、分布及浓度进行综合评价。结果电焊、油漆、铆工岗位为职业病危害关键控制岗位;电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、锰及其化合物、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、手传振动和噪声是职业危害因素,并成为该项目关键控制因素。粉尘、毒物检测的合格率为100%,噪声检测合格率75%,手传振动合格率为0。结论该项目属职业病危害较重的建设项目,职业病危害控制效果良好;针对职业病危害因素和存在问题,应完善有效防控措施,避免职业病危害对职业人群健康不利影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards control of all-terrain crane project in a heavy machinery Co., Ltd. Methods The methods of on-the-spot occupational hygiene were used to evaluate the types, distribution and concentration of occupational hazards. Results Welding, painting and riveting jobs were the key control positions for occupational hazards. Welding dust, grinding wheel dust, manganese and its compounds, toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, hand vibration and noise were occupational hazards and became the project Key control factors. The passing rate of dust and poison detection is 100%, the passing rate of noise detection is 75% and the passing rate of hand-pass vibration is 0. Conclusion This project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards, and the control effect of occupational hazards is good. For the occupational hazards and existing problems, effective prevention and control measures should be perfected so as to avoid adverse effects of occupational hazards on the health of occupational groups.
