隐喻作为认知语言学的研究焦点之一近年来备受关注。在众多的研究中,对于隐喻进行系统的、分阶段的研究比较缺乏。本文将以时间为序将隐喻研究分为四大阶段,试图探讨隐喻如何从一种修辞格逐步发展到认知层面,以期人们对隐喻有全面的了解,不局限在修辞手段理解的层面上,从而有利于促进隐喻研究的深入开展以及对外语教学起到更好的指导作用。
As one of the focuses of cognitive linguistics, metaphor has drawn much attention in recent years. In many researches, systematic and phased research on metaphor is lacking. This thesis will divide the metaphor research into four stages in the order of time, and try to explore how metaphor develops gradually from a kind of figure of speech to the level of cognition so that people can get a comprehensive understanding of metaphor, not only on the level of comprehension of rhetorical devices, Which will help promote the further development of metaphor research and play a better guiding role in foreign language teaching.
