本文设计了一个用于耳机驱动的CMOS功率放大器,工作电压3V。采用准互补输出级结构。通过Spectre仿真器对整体电路进行了仿真分析,静态功耗7Mw,开环增益80dB,仿真结果表明,本芯片达到设计指标要求。
This paper designed a headphone driver for the CMOS power amplifier, operating voltage 3V. Quasi-complementary output stage structure. The whole circuit is simulated by Specter simulator. The static power consumption is 7Mw and the open loop gain is 80dB. The simulation results show that the chip meets the design requirements.
