感应同步器数显装置在安装调试时,常常会出现这种现象,当定尺与滑尺间有相对机械位移时,千分表或数显表调试架显示0.5mm,数显表则显示0.5mm±△x(△x一般为0.001~0.009mm),当继续同向移动时,数显表则显示位移量0.5mm±△x,前后两次显示的位移误差增量刚好为零,一般是以1mm为周期正确计数显示,有时也以0.5mm为周期正确计数显示。通过理论分析和试验发现是由以下几种原因造成的:
