采用磷酸铵镁盐对复混肥料进行了包膜处理,用聚酯类化合物再对包膜颗粒进行封面,制备了无机包膜肥料。用电导法测定了包膜肥料的养分释放率,研究了包膜及其材料对养分释放的控制作用和影响。结果表明:磷酸铵镁盐包膜可以延缓养分的释放;聚酯化合物封面比不封面的无机包膜肥料养分释放缓慢得多;应用电导法测定无机包膜肥料的养分释放率是可行的。
The compound fertilizers were coated by magnesium ammonium phosphate and the coated granules were covered with polyester compounds to prepare inorganic coated fertilizers. The nutrient release rate of coated fertilizers was determined by conductivity method and the control effect and influence of the coating and its materials on nutrient release were studied. The results showed that the coating of magnesium ammonium phosphate delayed the release of nutrients. The release of the compound with the cover of cements was much slower than that of the uncoated inorganic coated fertilizers. It is feasible to determine the nutrient release rate of inorganic coated fertilizers by conductivity method.
