为给我国城市中小学提供适用、经济、美观的校舍,创造出既能满足功能要求、又合乎时代特征的学校建筑环境空间,并逐步实现定型化、标准化、工业化,教育部举办了全国城市中小学建筑方案设计竞赛。竞赛项目有24班、30班完全中学与18班、25班的小学。并分为南方和北方两种类型,由作者自选。中小学的学制均为6年。竞赛要求依据教育部去年4月制定的面积定额(试行),进行中小学校总体规划设计、
