针对热带雨林大气,海洋大气和工业大气3种环境开展碳钢和耐候钢的大气腐蚀规律研究。结果表明,碳钢和耐候钢在同一地区的动力学规律和产物以及产物间转化规律基本相似,但在不同地区的腐蚀机理差别很大,碳钢在海洋大气的腐蚀速率极高,该地区碳钢年腐蚀速率分别是工业大气的8.6倍,是热带雨林大气的29.4倍,导致这种差异的原因在于不同地区大气腐蚀特征因子不同。
Atmospheric corrosion of carbon steel and weathering steels is studied in three environments including tropical rain forest atmosphere, marine atmosphere and industrial atmosphere. The results show that the dynamic laws of carbon steel and weathering steel in the same area are basically similar to those of products and products, but the corrosion mechanisms in different areas vary greatly. The corrosion rate of carbon steel in the marine atmosphere is very high. The annual corrosion rate of steel is 8.6 times that of the industrial atmosphere and 29.4 times that of the rainforest. The reason for this difference lies in the different characteristic factors of atmospheric corrosion in different regions.
