油田原油生产中的伴生石油气,经本文针对北二三注水站注水泵单耗过高情况深入分析并对工艺进行改进,实施了技术方案。结果表明,注水单耗越小,则注入相同的水量所用的能量就越少,改造后,注水量由260m3/h增到310m3/h,泵效由73%增到79%,泵管压差由2.7MPa降到0.30MPa,单耗由6.8kW.h/m3降到5.6kWh/m3以下,效果显著。
The associated LPG in oilfield crude oil production is analyzed in this paper according to the high consumption of water injection pump in Beier-3 water injection station and the improvement of the technology, and the technical scheme is implemented. The results show that the smaller the unit consumption of water injection, the less energy is used to inject the same amount of water. After the renovation, the water injection rate is increased from 260m3 / h to 310m3 / h and the pump efficiency is increased from 73% to 79% 2.7MPa down to 0.30MPa, unit consumption from 6.8kW.h / m3 down to 5.6kWh / m3 or less, the effect is significant.
