优化设计了螺旋式定量配水输送车,可一次性完成运输、搅拌和精确配水等多项工序,保证水灰比精确配制并能严格阻止不合格物料产生。通过优化湿喷技术操作流程,实现了湿喷工艺全程机械化定量优化,现场使用效果表明,总粉尘浓度1~2 mg/m3,远低于国家标准,具有一定社会效益;直接成本较传统技术节约28.5元,具有很强经济效益。
Optimized design of spiral quantitative water transport vehicles, can be a one-time transport, mixing and precise water distribution and many other processes to ensure accurate preparation of water-cement ratio and can strictly prevent unqualified material. By optimizing the operating process of wet spraying technology, the mechanization quantitative optimization of wet spraying process was realized. The results of on-site use showed that the total dust concentration was 1 ~ 2 mg / m3, which was much lower than the national standard and had certain social benefits. The direct cost was saved as compared with the traditional technology 28.5 yuan, with strong economic benefits.
