目的:筛选小叶榕止咳化痰有效部位,并对有效部位化学成分进行UHPLC-MS分析。方法:采用浓氨水喷雾法观察小叶榕水提醇沉部位和醇提乙酸乙酯萃取部位的止咳作用,采用气管段酚红量法观察其化痰作用;采用UHPLC-MS对小叶榕止咳化痰有效部位的成分进行分析。结果:小叶榕水提醇沉部位的止咳化痰作用较强,从该部位中分析鉴定出6个成分,分别为阿福豆素、表阿夫儿茶精、platanic acid、牡荆素、异牡荆苷、β-香树酯酮。结论:明确了小叶榕止咳化痰有效部位及其化学成分,为进一步研究小叶榕的止咳化痰物质基础及作用机制奠定基础。
Objective: To screen the effective fractions of cough and phlegm of Ficus microcarpa, and to analyze the chemical components of the active fractions by UHPLC-MS. Methods: The concentration of ammonia spray was used to observe the antitussive action of extract of Forsythia suspensa and ethanol extract of ethyl acetate, and the effect of phlegm was observed by the method of trace amount of phenol in the trachea. The anther cough and phlegm The composition of the active site is analyzed. Results: The effect of relieving cough and resolving phlegm on the part of Ficus microcarpa in water extraction was stronger. Six components were identified and identified from this part, namely, affucin, epifluorescein, platanic acid, vitexin, Vitexin, β-gum resin ketone. Conclusion: The effective fractions of cough and phlegm of Ficus microcarpa and its chemical constituents were clarified, which lays the foundation for further study on the material basis and mechanism of cough and sputum of Ficus microcarpa.
