为了适应区域地质调查化探扫面工作对痕量铀分析的要求,需要寻找灵敏、简便的分析方法。在目前采用的各种测定方法中,萤光珠球法被认为是易于推广采用的高灵敏度方法,其最佳灵敏度可达1×10~(-9)g/g。缺点是重现性较差。除了珠球表面不够平滑原因外,各种增强或淬灭萤光的于扰离子分离不完全也是重要原因之一。为此,在原有正三辛基氧膦(TOPO)-环己烷萃取珠球萤光法测定铀的基础上,改善样品分解方法,采用氢氟酸-硫酸-高氯酸混合酸分解试样,经TOP为—环己烷萃取分离富集,最后以萤光珠球法测定。取得了较好的效果。
