最近,江泽民总书记号召全党要兴起学习邓小平理论的新高潮,要求形成认真学习的风气,并把这种风气推广到全党.这充分体现了以江泽民同志为核心的党中央对全党理论学习的高度重视.历史经验告诉我们,重视理论问题,是一个需要进一步提起注意和认真解决的问题.要形成认真学习理论的风气,首先要解决认识问题.思想是行动的先导.
