国务院颁布的《企业破产法》从1988年11月起在全国实施。当前,研究开展破产倒闭企业职工救济金保险,对于保障《企业破产法》的实施有着重要的意义。沈阳市保险公司从1986年10月开始,开办了破产倒闭企业职工救济金保险。两年来,收取破产倒闭基金306万元,为一户破产倒闭企业的112名职工支付救济金、退休费等13.9万元。这样做使失业职工待业期间的生活费用得到基本保障,退休职工老有所养,促进了社会的安定,保障了破产制度的实施。我们还运用破产倒闭基金为5户濒临倒闭的“黄牌”警告企业和11户经营困难的企业提供低息贷
The “Enterprise Bankruptcy Law” promulgated by the State Council has been implemented across the country since November 1988. At present, it is of great significance to study the insurance of employees’ benefits in the bankruptcy and insolvency enterprise to protect the implementation of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law. Shenyang City Insurance Company from October 1986 onwards, opened a bankruptcy business workers relief insurance. In the past two years, a bankruptcy and bankruptcy fund of 3.60 million yuan has been charged for the payment of relief and retirement fees of 139,000 yuan to 112 workers of a bankrupt company. We also use the Bankruptcy Closure Fund to provide low-interest loans to five dailies that are on the brink of “yellow card” warnings and 11 companies that are in financial difficulties
