2002年4月27日晚9点多钟,刚刚接待完外宾的国家人事部副部长兼外国专家局局长万学远偕同夫人来到了京南丰台区一家简陋的宾馆看望我的老师应德明先生。当他得知陪同应老师的我与李清梅先生一个是来自西部地区的记者一个是来自浙江温州市的民营企业家时,曾经担任过浙江省省长,同时现任全国人大西部开发委员会负责人的万学远的话匣子就打开了。于是我们便有了一场轻松随意,但却很给人启发的谈话。
