过去女性辞职的主要原因是家庭、感情等私人因素。现在则可能是缺乏成就感,觉得自己在办公室的工作可有可无。因此,往往藉着不满意待遇、与同事吵架、住家太远等理由,提出辞呈。 [案例一] 林惠宜沉着脸从主管办公室出来,同事们虽好奇,却没人敢吭声,从刚才主管办公室传出来断断续续的争吵声,就知道事态的严重。这已经不是第一次了。林惠宜和顶头上司的意见总是不合,但这一次她下定决心,决定不干了。当她把辞呈往上一递后,整个心情就舒坦了起来。 [案例二] 每到发薪的日子,刘丽娟就不痛快。她自认为工作卖力,成果也不差,但薪水比不上和她做同样工作的伙伴,这一点成了她心上的一块石头。当她听到同事加薪的消息之后,不声不响地递上了辞呈。
