在体相催化剂制备过程中对其进行了水热处理,采用BET、XRD、SEM、TEM、强度测定、堆积密度测定等分析手段对催化剂物化性质进行表征,考察了水热处理对体相催化剂物化性质影响.分析结果表明,水热处理1～5h,体相催化剂孔容、孔径和比表面积增加,堆积密度降低,可利用的活性中心数量大量增多;水热处理超过8h,孔容和孔径继续增大,比表面积没有明显变化,催化剂压碎强度明显降低.评价结果表明,体相催化剂经水热处理后,提高了体相催化剂的超深度加氢脱硫活性和芳烃饱和性能,相同工艺条件下加工处理劣质柴油时,反应温度比水热处理前降低了6℃.“,”Bulk catalysts are handled by hydrothermal treatment during preparation.The effect of hydrothermal treatment on the physical and chemical properties of bulk catalysts is investigated by various characterization instruments,such as BET,XRD,SEM,TEM,determination of strength and packing density measurements.After 1-5 h of hydrothermal treatment,the pore volume,pore size and specific surface area of bulk catalysts increase while the number of available active centers grows greatly and the packing density decreases.When the time of hydrothermal treatment exceeds 8 hours,both the pore volume and pore size of bulk catalysts continue increasing,the specific surface area does not vary significantly,but the crushing strength is lowered sharply.Evaluation results reveal that the hydrothermal treatment can help the bulk catalysts to improve the ultra-deep HDS activity and aromatics saturation performance.Particularly,when the catalyst is applied to processing inferior diesel oil,ultra-low sulfur diesel products can be produced under mild conditions.When the inferior diesel oil is treated under the same process conditions,the reaction temperature over the catalysts with hydrothermal treatment is 6℃ lower than that over the catalysts without hydrothermal treatment.
