患者迟×,男,22岁,住院号:254446, 以颈左侧麻木七日,剧痛伴红斑水疱四日、1982年3月4日住我科。七日前感到颈左侧麻木,但局部未见到皮疹,亦未行治疗。四日前实在麻木处出现烧灼状疼痛,同时发现局部有密集的粟粒大水疱丘疹及大片红斑。随在某医院服药打针(药名不详),疗效不著。近三日来皮疹向左肩,左上胸、左上臂上部蔓延。疼痛加剧。体格检查:一般情况及血尿粪化验均属正常,皮肤情况:颈左侧、左肩、左上胸及
