石油企业建筑物墙体由于受温度变化、地基不均匀沉降、承载力不足等多方面因素作用而产生裂缝,其中温度应力作用导致墙体出现裂缝的现象最为普遍,且多发生在结构顶部墙体、女儿墙及屋面板附近。设计人员对温度裂缝的控制措施不重视和施工质量低是导致建筑物产生温度裂缝存在的重要因素。结合建筑中温度裂缝产生的实际原因指出,可以通过减小房屋温度应力、增强结构杭裂能力及严格控制墙体施工质量等一系列构造措施来减少及控制温度裂缝的产生。
