报道美国近几年来对液氧-甲烷(丙烷)火箭燃料结焦和积碳特性研究的初步成果.较详细地介绍了电热管结焦试验和燃气发生器积碳试验所用的模拟装置、实验方法以及取得的研究结果.指出了解决甲烷和丙烷燃料高温结焦的方法以及消除液氧-甲烷(丙烷)富燃推进剂燃烧产物积碳的技术途径.提出了今后需要着重研究的课题.
This paper reports the preliminary results of coking and carbon deposition in the liquid oxygen-methane (propane) rocket fuel in the United States in recent years, and presents the simulation device, experimental methods and acquisition methods for the coke test of the electric heating tube and the carbon deposition test of the gas generator The paper pointed out the ways to solve the high temperature coke formation of methane and propane fuel and the technical ways to eliminate the carbon deposition from the combustion products of liquid oxygen-methane (propane) rich propellant.
