以线虫作为实验模型,观察白藜芦醇(RES)对受60Coγ射线照射线虫的保护作用。结果表明,白藜芦醇能提高受照射线虫的寿命,增加产卵率,提高卵的存活率,保护其线粒体功能。其作用机制可能与白藜芦醇减轻氧自由基所致的线虫线粒体损伤有关。
Nematode was used as an experimental model to observe the protective effect of resveratrol on nematodes irradiated by 60Coγ ray. The results showed that resveratrol can improve the life expectancy of irradiated nematodes, increase the rate of oviposition, increase the survival rate of eggs and protect the function of mitochondria. Its mechanism may be related to resveratrol mitochondrial mitochondrial damage induced by oxygen free radicals.
