目的 探讨白内障术中晶状体后囊破裂时植入两种类型人工晶状体(IOL)对眼内组织的不同影响.方法 家兔30只随机分成两组,分别行后房型和前房型(PC&AC)人工晶状体,术后观察角膜内皮细胞(CE)、血一房水屏障(BAB)及眼内组织切片电镜下所见.结果 (1)术后1周CE密度两组间无显著差异(P>0.05).(2)术后1月前段荧光素血管造影PC组前房渗漏(++～++++),AC组(++～+++).(3)组织学检查PC组睫状上皮增生,线粒体肿胀血管扩张.结论 两组间CE变化和BAB检查差异不显著.
Objective To investigate the different effects of intraocular lens (IOL) implanted in posterior capsule during cataract surgery.Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: posterior chamber and anterior chamber (PC & AC) intraocular lens The corneal endothelial cells (CEs), BAB and intraocular tissue sections were observed under electron microscope.Results (1) There was no significant difference in CE density between the two groups at 1 week after operation (P> 0.05) . (2) Leakage of fluorescein angiography in PC group (++ ~ ++++) and AC group (++ ~ +++) before surgery in one month after surgery. (3) Histological examination of PC group Epithelial hyperplasia and mitochondria swollen vasodilatation.Conclusion There was no significant difference in CE changes and BAB between the two groups.
