决定百米成绩的主要因素是途中跑最大速度的快慢,依据“短跑跑速变化的数学模型”和“短跑速度优化模式的确定”的研究结果:优秀百米运动员的跑速优化控制系统模式及其运动方程可由运动员在整个赛程中何时(t′)、何处(s′)达到的最高速度(v′)来确定。通过文献资料法、数据采集法、现场拍摄及影片解析,对国内外23位男子优秀运动员建立了百米跑优化系统回归模型,并通过192个自变量数据建立了距离为55m,60 m,65 m,70 m,75 m的五个段落的百米成绩优化控制系统模式。为高水平百米运动员的训练决策提供科学的定量依据。
