建立了中空纤维离心超滤法进行样品前处理,以高效液相色谱法测定酮洛芬凝胶剂。利用中空纤维超滤膜特异性截留大分子以纯化样品,有效滤除了样品溶液中的大分子凝胶辅料,提高了分析的准确性和可重复性。采用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调至pH 3.5)∶甲醇(25∶75),检测波长255 nm。酮洛芬在0.25~10mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.8%~102.6%,RSD≤1.6%。
A hollow fiber centrifugal ultrafiltration method was established for the sample preparation and the determination of ketoprofen gel by high performance liquid chromatography. The use of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane specifically intercept macromolecules to purify the sample, the effective filtration of the sample solution of the macromolecule gel adjuvant, to improve the accuracy and repeatability of the analysis. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted to pH 3.5 with phosphoric acid): methanol (25:75) using a C18 column with a detection wavelength of 255 nm. Ketoprofen showed good linearity in the range of 0.25-10 mg / ml. The average recovery was 100.8% ~ 102.6%, RSD ≤ 1.6%.
