我院自1983年1月至1988年12月,采用深层巩膜咬切术治疗各型青光眼112例,现将随访观察2～5年的59例68眼的远期疗效报告如下。资料与方法一般资料:本组59例68眼中,急性闭角型青光眼29例30眼,慢性闭角型青光眼13例18眼,慢性单纯性青光眼12例15眼,继发性青光眼5例5眼。男性19例,女性40例。年龄23～75岁,平均55.8岁。术前平均眼压(x±s):急性闭角型青光眼6.98±3.14kpa(1kpa=7.5mmHg),慢性闭角型青光眼5.38±3.07kpa,慢性单纯性青光眼4.80±1.37kpa,继发性青光眼5.46±1.72kpa。

Materials and Methods General Information: The group of 59 patients with 68 eyes, 29 cases of acute angle-closure glaucoma in 30 eyes, 13 cases of chronic angle-closure glaucoma in 18 eyes, 12 cases of chronic glaucoma in 15 cases, 5 cases of secondary glaucoma in 5 eyes . 19 males and 40 females. Age 23 to 75 years old, with an average of 55.8 years old. Preoperative average intraocular pressure (x ± s): acute angle-closure glaucoma 6.98 ± 3.14kpa (1kpa = 7.5mmHg), chronic angle-closure glaucoma 5.38 ± 3.07kpa, chronic glaucoma 4.80 ± 1.37kpa, secondary glaucoma 5.46 ± 1.72kpa.
