目的:建立GC法测定复方双七胶囊中龙脑的含量。方法:以水杨酸甲酯为内标,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(0.25μm×0.25 mm×30 m)为色谱柱,氮气为载气,柱温170℃,进样器和氢火焰离子化检测器温度均为230℃。结果:樟脑、异龙脑、龙脑与内标在所建立的色谱条件下获得良好分离,龙脑在0.1~4.0 g·L-1r=1.0000)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.0%(RSD=1.58%,n=9),样品中的樟脑与异龙脑均未超过限度。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于复方双七胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of borneol in Fufang Shuangqi capsule by GC method. Methods: Methyl salicylate was used as internal standard and ethyl acetate was used as solvent. HP-INNOWAX capillary column (0.25 μm × 0.25 mm × 30 m) was used as the column. Nitrogen was used as carrier gas and the column temperature was 170 ℃. And hydrogen flame ionization detector temperature is 230 ℃. Results: Camphor, isoborneol, borneol and internal standard were well separated under the established chromatographic conditions. The linear range of naphthalene was 0.1 ~ 4.0 g · L-1r = 1.0000. The average recoveries were 101.0% (RSD = 1.58%, n = 9). None of the samples contained camphor and isoborneol. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Compound Shuangqi Capsule.
