国有、集体以外的其它所有制经济的崛起和多种所有制经济的并立是改革开放以来我国社会经济领域发生的最为深刻的变化，１９９８年度武汉市社科基金资助课题“武汉市多种所有制经济的构成及发展趋势”对这一重大社会经济变迁在武汉市的演变质态、基本特征、主要问题、发展趋势及政策选择进行了深入研究。限于篇幅，本刊将以“武汉市多种所有制经济结构态势与发展政策选择”为题分上、下两期发表。
The rise of the state-owned and collectively owned enterprises and the rise of other ownership-based enterprises and the merging of various ownership-based economies are the most profound changes that have taken place in China’s social and economic fields since the reform and opening up. In 1998, Wuhan Municipal Social Science Foundation funded the project entitled “ And Development Trends ”conducted an in-depth study of the evolutionary nature, basic characteristics, major problems, development trends and policy choices of this major social and economic change in Wuhan. Due to space limitations, this issue will be published in the next two issues under the title “Wuhan’s Choice in the Situation and Development Policy of Multi-Ownership Economic Structure.”
