通过剖析克莱德·哈特教练的周训练计划,从专项跑能力训练、200米短间歇跑、力量训练、准备活动、训练总时间等5个方面找出其训练理念的创新点。认为克莱德·哈特教练制定的周训练计划模式化,但要求却不断提高,形式多样,有利于激发运动员的训练激情;课训练计划时间短、节奏快、效率高;注重专项跑能力的培养,周一~五都安排跑的训练。根据队员的训练水平,采取“金字塔”训练模式,不断提高训练要求;重视整堂课训练强度的叠加,对分段速度要求非常高,在训练中采用分段报时器进行控制,并严格控制单次跑的强度和间歇时间;在安排力量训练方面手段丰富,组数少,间歇时间短,节奏快,重视上肢力量和平衡力量的发展。
