一、前言在农药生产过程和使用中都存在着卫生学问题,要求既精密又简便的农药分析方法。在测定农药的分析方法中以气体色错法具有独特的优点:既精密,灵敏度又高(可测得10~(-12)克),操作简单,当很多物质共存时,能在很短的时间内同时获得结果。近年来,国外已开始应用气体色谱法来分析农药,以及作为农药异构体的分离和测定,并研究了农药的性质,农药在生物组织内的变化及其代谢物,以及污水和食品上的残留量测定等问题。在上述各项工作报导中,分别采用了四种型式的鉴定器:热导池鉴定
