以PEG /磷酸盐双水相系统萃取BSA为对象 ,研究了双水相系统成相浓度、外加盐NaCl、BSA起始浓度等对BSA在两相间的分配系数和BSA下相萃取率的影响 .结果发现 ,BSA大部分被萃取入双水相体系的下相 ,成相组成为PEG 6 0 0 0 10 % (质量分数 ) /PO3 - 46 % (质量分数 )和PEG 10 0 0 0 6 % (质量分数 ) /PO3 - 46 % (质量分数 )的双水相系统有利于BSA的萃取分配 ;外加NaCl对PEG 6 0 0 0 10 % (质量分数 ) /PO3 - 46 % (质量分数 )系统萃取BSA的影响不大 ;得出了上、下相BSA浓度和BSA在两相间分配系数K与系统BSA起始浓度之间的表达式 ,与实验结果有较好的拟合
The effects of phase concentration of aqueous two-phase system, addition of salt NaCl and initial concentration of BSA on the partition coefficient of BSA in two phases and the extraction rate of BSA in phase were investigated using PEG / phosphate aqueous two-phase extraction of BSA. The results showed that most of the BSA was extracted into the lower phase of the aqueous two phase system, with the composition of PEG 60 000-10% (mass fraction) / PO3 46% (mass fraction) and PEG 10 0006% ( (Mass fraction) / PO3 - 46% (mass fraction) aqueous phase is favorable for the extraction and distribution of BSA; NaCl is added to the system for the BSA extraction of 10% (mass fraction) / PO3 - 46% The results show that the upper and lower phase BSA concentration and BSA between the two-phase partition coefficient K and the initial concentration of BSA system expression, and the experimental results have a good fit
