目的:观察桑枝提取物对糖尿病大鼠血脂及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:采用四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病大鼠模型,桑枝提取物灌胃给药4周,检测大鼠血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、全血黏度(ηb)、血浆黏度(ηp)、红细胞压积(Hct)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平。结果:桑枝提取物能显著降低血浆TG、TC、LDL-C、ηp及ηb水平,升高HDL-C水平。结论:桑枝提取物对糖尿病大鼠血脂、血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Mulberry extract on blood lipids and hemorheology in diabetic rats. METHODS: Alloxan was used to establish a diabetic rat model. Mulberry extract was intragastrically administered for 4 weeks. Plasma triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were measured. Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), whole blood viscosity (ηb), plasma viscosity (ηp), hematocrit (Hct), fibrinogen (Fib) levels. Results: Mulberry fruit extract can significantly reduce plasma TG, TC, LDL-C, ηp and ηb levels and increase HDL-C levels. Conclusion: Mulberry extract can improve blood fat and blood rheology of diabetic rats in varying degrees.
