The Gansu Provincial Department of Finance established the cadre’s party branch in 1983. Over the past few years, this umbrella party branch has made remarkable achievements in combining ideological education and work style building of party members with the actuality of ex-post cadres. It has twice been appraised as the advanced party branch of the Provincial Department of Finance and the party organ under the authority of Gansu Province. I.
