目的建立滇白珠总酚酸的提取和含量测定的方法。方法采用先超声后水解的方法提取样品,用改进的Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定含量,检测波长为764 nm。结果总酚酸的标准曲线方程为:Y=0.0109X-3×10-4(r=0.9996),1.88~8.42μg·m L-1没食子酸与吸光度的线性关系良好(N=5);平均加样回收率为99.68%,RSD=2.85%。结论所用提取方法反应时间短、提取效率高;紫外分光光度法测定总酚酸的方法简单方便,准确度和精密度均能满足分析要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination and determination of total phenolic acids in Methods The samples were extracted by sonication after hydrolysis and the content was determined by a modified Folin-Ciocalteu method. Conclusion The extraction method used has short reaction time and high extraction efficiency. The method of UV spectrophotometry for determination of total phenolic acids is simple and convenient, and the accuracy and precision can meet the analytical requirements.
