多层股钢丝绳结构紧密,金属密度系数大,生产组织管理和工艺技术难度都较大。利用瓦林吞式圆股配丝原理对40W×7—42钢丝绳进行研制,根据计算,钢丝绳公称抗拉强度取1 670 MPa,钢丝绳的捻距倍数为7倍,股的捻距倍数确定为9倍,钢丝绳直径按钢丝绳公称直径放大1.5%。内层钢丝绳捻向为左交互捻,外层钢丝绳捻向为右交互捻。原料选取70钢盘条,在直进式拉丝机上进行多道次、较小部分压缩率的拉拔。捻制时,合理控制多层股钢丝绳预变形器辊间距和压弯量,钢丝绳采用股喷涂油、绳不涂油的生产方式。成品钢丝绳实测直径43.26mm,钢丝绳破断拉力总和1 459.6 kN,符合用户要求,拆股试验结果表明,合绳后钢丝技术性能指标达到GB 8918—2006要求。

The demolition test results show that the technical performance index of the steel wire after the composite rope meets the requirements of GB 8918-2006.
