(一)问题的提出振动研磨又称振动光饰是一种新型的加工工艺方法。加工的精度较高,目前最高可达▽_(10)~▽_(11)。其加工的原理是通过研磨槽本身的微振动所产生的惯性力,使元件在其中进行不休止的相对运动从而以起到研磨的作用。至于磨槽本身的振动则是由和磨槽相固结的偏心马达的离心干扰力作用而引起的(图1)。目前还很少见到有关振动式研磨机运动理论的研究。关于振动研磨,其中有很多运动现象的物理本质迄今还没有得到很好的解释。
