由福建省交通科学技术研究所承担的“沿海钢筋混凝土桥梁结构防腐蚀研究”课题,于1990年6月通过省级技术鉴定。课题组对全省沿海钢筋混凝土桥梁的腐蚀情况进行了调研,确认海水中氯离子的渗入是钢筋混凝土桥梁腐蚀破坏的主要原因。为此,全组经过多次试验,研制成了Fjj-2、Fjj-3复合防锈减水剂。在混凝土中掺用了该减水剂,可明显提高抗氯离子渗透性,大大提高了钢筋的防锈效果,并改善了混凝土的综合物理力学性能,有效地延长钢筋混凝土的使用寿命。该复合防锈减水剂,掺配工艺简单,使用方便,
The subject of “Anticorrosion Research of Coastal Reinforced Concrete Bridge Structures” undertaken by the Fujian Institute of Transportation Science and Technology passed provincial technical appraisal in June 1990. The task force investigated the corrosion of coastal reinforced concrete bridges in the province, and confirmed that the infiltration of chloride ions in seawater is the main cause of corrosion damage of reinforced concrete bridges. To this end, the entire group after several tests, developed into Fjj-2, Fjj-3 composite rust-proof water reducing agent. The use of the water reducing agent in concrete can significantly improve the resistance to chloride ion permeability, greatly improve the anti-rust effect of the steel, and improve the overall physical and mechanical properties of the concrete, and effectively extend the service life of the reinforced concrete. The composite rust-proof and water-reducing agent has simple blending process and is convenient to use.
