用氧气、氮气等离子气体分别对电池基纸、电缆纸、电话纸进行等离子体处理,然后按照ISO相关标准测定了等离子体处理后纸样与未处理纸样的抗张强度、撕裂度(纵向、横向)、耐破度、耐电压、吸水性、透气度等指标。结果表明,低温等离子处理有利于提高电工用纸的干湿抗张强度、耐破度、撕裂度、吸液高度、透气度等,但经等离子体处理后工频击穿电压有所下降。
The plasma, paper and telephone paper were treated with oxygen gas and nitrogen gas respectively. Then the tensile strength and tearing degree of paper samples and untreated paper samples after plasma treatment were measured according to ISO standards ), Burst resistance, voltage resistance, water absorption, air permeability and other indicators. The results show that low temperature plasma treatment is beneficial to improve the wet and dry tensile strength, burst resistance, tearing degree, liquid absorption height, air permeability and so on, but the breakdown voltage after the plasma treatment decreases.
