There have been many reports of sedatives of acidic or basic hypnosis from various organs of the body. Phenobarbital has been reported for acid drugs since the 25 years after death. As for alkaline drugs, only chlorpromazine and its metabolite sulfoxide were detected in the coffin samples three and a half years after death. This article describes an example of internal standard quality control extraction and purification, with GC / MS and GC / FID instrumental analysis method, from
