[目的]通过与改良根治术比较,探讨乳腺癌保乳手术的临床疗效。[方法]选择2004年1月～2008年7月早期乳腺癌患者148例,随机分为实施保乳手术(70例)和改良根治术治疗(78例),并对两者的临床疗效进行对比研究。[结果]两组在手术时间、手术平均出血量、平均引流量、住院时间及优良率和美容效果满意率上的比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01或P﹤0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。经随访,两组均无远处转移及死亡病例。[结论]对早期乳腺癌患者来讲,乳腺癌保乳手术在满足其生理和自理需要的同时,提高了生活质量,因此在严格掌握适应证的前提下实施保乳手术是切实可行的。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of breast conserving surgery by comparing with modified radical mastectomy. [Methods] A total of 148 patients with early breast cancer from January 2004 to July 2008 were randomly divided into breast conserving surgery (70 cases) and modified radical mastectomy (78 cases), and the clinical efficacy of the two were compared the study. [Results] There was significant difference between the two groups in the operation time, the average amount of bleeding after surgery, the average drainage, the length of hospital stay, the rate of satisfactory and the satisfactory rate of cosmetic effect (P <0.01 or P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the complication between the two groups (P> 0.05). After follow-up, there was no distant metastasis or death in both groups. [Conclusion] For patients with early breast cancer, breast conserving surgery can meet the needs of their physiology and self-care, and improve the quality of life. Therefore, it is practicable to implement breast conserving surgery under the strict indications.
