南五加[Acanthopanax gracilistylus w.Smith]也称细柱五加。为五加科(Araliaceae)植物。我们对南五加做了一些有关的药理学研究,现将实验结果报告如下。材料和方法南五加总皂甙由广西东兰制药厂供给,呈棕黄色粉末,吸湿性强,溶解度好,用时以蒸馏水溶解配成所需浓度,供口服。结果一、对小鼠抗应激作用的影响1.抗高温作用:实验分3组,第2、3组为给药组,给药组分别为3g/kg、1g/kg,第1组为对照组,口服蒸馏水。连续给药5天。于末次给药后1hr,将动物投入45~47℃的恒温箱内,记录死亡时间。结果与对照组比较,3g/kg给药组小鼠生存时间明显长于对照组(P<0.001)。2.抗低温作用:实验分组和给药方法同前。于给药后1hr,将动物投入1~2℃冰箱内,记录死
Acanthopanax gracilistylus w.Smith is also known as five-plus-five columns. It is an Araliaceae plant. We have done some related pharmacological research on Nanwujia. We now report the experimental results as follows. Materials and Methods The total saponins of S. quintoca were supplied by Guangxi Donglan Pharmaceutical Factory. They were brownish-yellow powders with strong hygroscopicity and good solubility. They were dissolved in distilled water to match the required concentration for oral administration. Results I. Effect on anti-stress effect of mice 1. Anti-hyperthermia effect: The experiment was divided into 3 groups, the 2nd and 3rd groups were the administration group, the administration group was 3g/kg, 1g/kg, and the first group was Control group, oral distilled water. Administration was continued for 5 days. At 1 hr after the last administration, animals were placed in a constant temperature chamber at 45-47°C and the time of death was recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the survival time of mice in the 3 g/kg group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P<0.001). 2. Anti-low temperature effect: The experimental grouping and administration method are the same as above. At 1 hr after administration, the animals were put into a refrigerator at 1 to 2°C and recorded as dead.
