简要叙述漂白活化剂TAED的性质、活化机理及其在脱墨废纸浆漂白中的应用。TAED的加入,对H2O2脱墨浆漂白具有明显的改善作用,影响其漂白效果的因素有:TAED与H2O2的摩尔比、温度、时间、NaOH的用量及H2O2的用量。同时,TAED活化可降低漂白温度,缩短漂白时间,这就意味着可以减少能耗,降低生产成本。
A brief account of the nature of the bleach activator TAED, activation mechanism and its application in deinking waste pulp bleaching. The addition of TAED has a significant improvement on the bleaching of H2O2. The factors affecting the bleaching effect are the molar ratio of TAED to H2O2, the temperature, the time, the amount of NaOH and the amount of H2O2. At the same time, TAED activation can reduce the bleaching temperature, shorten the bleaching time, which means you can reduce energy consumption and reduce production costs.
