【编者按】本期选编了几篇关于中小学校教育科研的文章。从反映的问题看,学校管理工作中对于教育科研的管理有所忽视,甚至缺失。中小学校教育科研工作大致包括常规教研和课题研究两个方面,对于前者,要进一步创新;对于后者,要规范管理、关注过程、分层要求、追求实效。要通过计划、组织、调控、检查、评价等过程和手段,正确协调人力、物力、财力等因素,保证教育科研工作高效运行。这当中,尤其是如何将课题研究的成果孵化于教育管理和教育教学的工作实际,非常值得教育行政部门、学校、教师努力践行和不断探索。
[Editor’s note] Selected articles on primary and secondary school education and research in this issue. From the perspective of the problems reflected in the management of schools, education and scientific research have neglected, or even missing. Primary and secondary school education and research work generally includes two aspects of conventional teaching and research, for the former, to further innovation; for the latter, we should standardize management, attention to process, hierarchical requirements, the pursuit of effectiveness. Through such processes and measures as planning, organizing, controlling, inspecting and appraising, we must correctly coordinate the manpower, material and financial resources and ensure the efficient operation of education and scientific research. Among them, in particular, how to incubate the fruits of the research in the field of education management and education and teaching, it is highly deserved to be practiced and continuously explored by the education administration, schools and teachers.
