中共中央关于加强和改进企业思想政治工作的通知指出：“用实现四化、振兴中华的精神支柱，去凝聚全民族的力量，激发全体人民的劳动热情，改革开拓，艰苦创业，为建设富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化国家而奋斗，是时代赋予全党的重大使命，也是思想政治工作的崇高任务。”企业工会组织在职工思想政治工作中担负着重要的责任。中国工商银行系统的各级工会组织，如何依据自身活动的特点，努力做好职工的思想政治工作，全面完成深化改革关键时期的各项艰巨任务呢？我认为有以下几个途径和方法。
