主换热器是核供热堆一、二回路之间进行热交换的关键设备。其温度分布和流速分布对主换热器的设计有重要意义。该文采用数值分析的办法进行计算时把主换热器在二维网络中划分成 4个区 ,将整个计算简化成在一定流量场下计算温度场和在一定温度场下计算流量场两部分。计算温度场时要列出热平衡方程组 ,计算流量场时要涉及到压降平衡方程组 ,由于方程组是非线性的 ,采用了 Newton迭代法进行计算。在计算温度场和流量场的同时也得到了传热系数和线性热功率的分布。
The main heat exchanger is the key equipment for heat exchange between the first and second circuit of the nuclear heating reactor. The temperature distribution and flow rate distribution of the main heat exchanger design is of great significance. In this paper, numerical analysis method is used to calculate the main heat exchanger in the two-dimensional network is divided into four zones, the entire calculation is simplified to calculate the temperature field under a certain flow field and the flow field calculated under a certain temperature field of two parts . When calculating the temperature field, heat balance equations should be listed. When calculating the flow field, pressure drop equalization equations need to be involved. Because the equations are nonlinear, the Newton iteration method is used to calculate the heat balance equations. In the calculation of the temperature field and the flow field, the heat transfer coefficient and the linear thermal power distribution are also obtained.
