为研究单元体玻璃幕墙结构中开口截面铝合金立柱的抗风性能,进行了布置一组挂钩单元体和无挂钩单元体分别在正、负风作用下的试验研究,分析了铝合金立柱在不同风压作用下的平面内、平面外变形和应变,并进行了有限元分析。研究结果表明:合理布置挂钩的数量和位置时,横梁对立柱的约束作用有限;负风作用下,随着风压的增大,公、母立柱开口逐步减小并靠拢在一起,共同受力,协同变形,挂钩对立柱平面外稳定无影响;正风作用下,无挂钩立柱平面内变形远大于布置一组挂钩立柱平面内变形,挂钩对立柱的侧向扭转有良好的约束作用;有限元分析结果与试验实测结果吻合较好。
In order to study the wind-resistant performance of the aluminum alloy column with open section in the glass curtain wall structure of unit cell, a group of hook units and non-hook units are arranged under positive and negative wind respectively. The in-plane and out-of-plane deformation and strain under the action of wind pressure are analyzed and the finite element analysis is carried out. The results show that: when the number and location of the hooks are reasonably arranged, the constraint of the beam on the column is limited; under the action of the negative wind, as the wind pressure increases, the openings of the male and female columns gradually decrease and come together, , The deformation and the hook have no effect on the out-of-plane stability of the column; the deformation in the plane without the hook is much greater than that in the plane of the column with the positive wind, and the hook has a good restraint effect on the lateral torsion of the column; The analysis results agree well with the experimental results.
