应用放射免疫分析方法及化学发光法,检测75例单纯肥胖症儿童及59例同龄健康儿童的空腹血清胰岛素(INS)、三碘甲状腺素(T3)、生长激素(GH)、催乳素(PRL)及血浆皮质醇(COR)、雌二醇(E2)水平。发现肥胖儿童较健康儿童胰岛素及雌二醇水平明显增高(P<0.001),生长激素及催乳素水平明显下降(P<0.01),三碘甲状腺素及皮质醇水平无明显变化。肥胖儿童胰岛素水平与体重指数、年龄、身高、体重均呈明显正相关(r=0.61、0.40、0.50及0.62,P<0.001及0.01)。6项激素水平与体重指数的多元逐步回归分析证实胰岛素是影响体重指数的独立因素。
The levels of fasting serum insulin (INS), triiodothyronine (T3), growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL) in 75 children with obesity and 59 healthy children of the same age were measured by radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescence. And plasma cortisol (COR), estradiol (E2) levels. The levels of insulin and estradiol in obese children were significantly higher than those in healthy children (P <0.001). The levels of growth hormone and prolactin were significantly decreased (P <0.01). The levels of triiodothyronine and cortisol were not significantly changed. Insulin levels in obese children were positively correlated with body mass index, age, height and weight (r = 0.61, 0.40, 0.50 and 0.62, P <0.001 and 0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis of 6 hormone levels and body mass index confirmed that insulin was an independent factor affecting body mass index.
