目的为进一步了解利津县高中生的身体健康状况,为学校卫生工作提供科学依据。方法对2008—2011年利津县19 085名在校高中生健康体检。结果肥胖发生率呈逐年上升趋势,学生视力不良检出率持续保持一个较高水平,龋患率、沙眼患病率和HBs Ag阳性率均呈下降趋势,结核菌感染率在2008—2010年连续下降的情况下,2011年出现升高。结论改善学校教学卫生条件,开展学生健康教育,改变学生饮食习惯和行为,加强对传染病、学生常见病的预防和治疗。 Objective To further understand the health condition of high school students in Lijin County and provide scientific basis for the school health work. Methods The health examination of 19 085 high school students in Lijin County from 2008 to 2011 was conducted. Results The prevalence of obesity increased year by year. The detection rate of students with poor eyesight kept at a high level. The caries prevalence, the prevalence of trachoma and the positive rate of HBsAg showed a decreasing trend. The infection rate of TB decreased continuously from 2008 to 2010 In 2011, there was an increase. Conclusion Improve the teaching conditions of health in schools, carry out health education for students, change students’ eating habits and behavior, and strengthen the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and common diseases of students.
