作为中国油画艺术的先躯,李叔同是继李铁夫去英国留学后,与李毅士由日本赴英国,冯钢百赴墨西哥,三人同时到国外学习西洋艺术的中国画坛先行者。遗憾的是,他们的作品由于战乱动乱等原因少,有流传。而李叔同的作品在国内几乎成为空白这对中国美术史来说是一件极大的憾事……
