纸样胎儿(Felas paPyrales,Fp)较少见,我们遇到一例,现报告如下。产妇26岁,第二胎0产妊娠39周临产于1989年5月7日入院。一年前曾妊娠50余天流产一次。产前曾检查四次,均未发现双胎,妊娠期间无妊娠水肿及妊娠高血压等并发症,妊娠3月时曾发生阴道少量出血,但持续3～4天后好转。查体:血压16/10kPa,腹围26cm,宫高37cm,胎位枕左前,胎心一个,146次/分,头先露,居0位。在肛查中发现阴道内有小肢体。内诊:子宫口开大5cm,有一上肢脱出宫口外,牵拉肢体娩出一完整纸样儿,附有一苍白细长的脐带。纸样胎儿整个躯体呈苍白状,扁平,头偏向左侧,两部轮廓大致
